*When you enter into a training agreement or purchase a session with us, we require your personal data to carry out that service. This includes contact details, emergency contact details, address, medical & lifestyle data and any data related to your exercise programming and sessions.

    • The information you provide using the online contact form will be used to contact you to respond to enquiries, arrange your free consultation and discuss your training requirements. This information will then be stored in accordance with this privacy policy.

  • Follow up after email, phone or social media enquiries.

  • Making contact with you with regards to training, programming, and queries.

How long do we hold your data?

Your data will remain in our database for as long as you remain a client using our services.

This means that we maintain your client profile until you make it known to us that you no longer desire to use our services. Such a message also functions as a request to be forgotten. We are required to keep invoices with your (personal) information due to relevant administrative obligations. This information is safely stored for as long as the relevant term for these obligations has not yet passed.
