  • 1x 45-minute virtual consultation call with Cat. Within the call, you will be supported in goal setting and strategising your program.

  • You’ll receive a tailored program in alignment with your needs and goals.

  • After each workout, you’ll submit feedback and Cat will adapt and update your program accordingly.

  • You’ll communicate with Cat via the chat box in the app, here you can send videos, voice notes or text messages.
